AIS Math

Students who qualify for AIS Math Services receive reinforcement and extra practice in the skills and concepts being taught in the classroom. Services are offered through a combination of push in and pull out sessions. When pushing in, I go to the classroom while the teacher is teaching math. I can then assist students as instruction is being offered. When students are pulled out they receive small group instruction which directly pertains to content taught in their regular classroom. Problem solving, computation and basic fact review are also included on a daily basis. Lessons are taught using a variety of manipulatives, games and technology.
