Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures

Parents/Guardians of Elementary Students –

Please review the important information below regarding parent drop off and pick up procedures at your child’s school.

At All Buildings

• Please arrive no earlier than your assigned time. 
• Please have your child exit on the curb side of your vehicle so that they do not exit into traffic.
• Please ensure your child is wearing a mask and ready to enter the school.

Hart's Hill Elementary

Drop off:

• Parent drop off is at the gym entrance from 9:10 - 9:20 a.m.

Pick up:

• Parent pick up is at the gym entrance at the following times:
  • 3:00 p.m. for students with a last name beginning with letters A-M
  • 3:10 p.m. for students with a last name beginning with letters N-Z
  • Pull up to the gym doors and a staff member will get your child.
